The first step is to find a moment in your day where you can have 5-10 minutes of privacy.  The best results come from a morning practice before you ingest any food or drink besides lukewarm water.

Next is to select a breathing technique, a yoga/somatic position, a hand mudras and a sound. Each element has their own focus and purpose, so it is best to choose based on your feelings or needs.

Once you have decided on your combination, start in a seated position and utilize your breathing exercise with selected hand mudras.

Once you have a rhythm going move into your position and stay there for as long as you can. Your body will let you know, trust it. (during this time you can have the sound bath playing or any other selected material to aide in your mindful meditation)

Once you are out of your meditation, thank yourself and start your day.
